  • Project Change Request

It is possible to save a version of the application by clicking ‘finish later’ – this will generate an email link which you can use at a later stage. Taith do not have access to this link or your application until it is submitted which is why we strongly recommend completing as many of the questions as possible offline first, so you can retain a copy of them.

    Guidance

Grant recipients need to seek approval from Taith if there are specific project changes that fall into the following categories. Guidance on how to complete this form can be found in the Grant Recipient Area on the Taith website.

Change of contact person or legal representative

If the contact person or legal representative changes during the project, please complete this form as soon as you are aware of a change. For a legal representative change, you must also send formal notification on letterheaded paper (pdf format) from an authorised / verified source to confirm that the new signatory has the authority to sign legal documents on behalf of the organisation.

    Consortium changes

If you wish to add a new partner to an existing consortium, Taith will need to approve this amendment. Taith will assess the implications of the change to the consortium, check that all eligibility criteria have been fulfilled and that there is no impact on the overall scope and quality of the consortium before confirming our decision. Please complete this form as soon as you are aware of a change.

    Project Extension

If you would like to extend the duration of your project, please contact the team before completing and submitting your change request form.

If you have any queries or concerns at all when completing this form and for further information and support with your application, please contact the team on support@taith.wales, who will be happy to answer any of your queries.

    • Sylwch os gwelwch yn dda, os ydych chi’n cyflwyno eich ffurflen gais yn Gymraeg, efallai y bydd rhywfaint o gynnwys y ddogfen a anfonwyd atoch chi drwy e-bost yn ymddangos yn Saesneg. Mae hwn yn broblem dechnegol rydym yn ymchwilio iddo ymhellach ac mae wedi'i gyfeirio at ein darparwr meddalwedd.
